About us

The ANDREEW HOLDING provides extensive expertise in its core business of property, financial services and distribution. Our strengths

Stable digital infrastructure is essential due to the high level of diversification within the Group. All systems are programmed inhouse and undergo continuous further development to meet the requirements of the digital age. Thanks to the digital infrastructure that is in place, short response times and rapid decision-making processes are guaranteed without compromising day-to-day operations. The entire value chain is therefore mapped digitally, optimising the basis for cross-border cooperation.

The German-Bulgarian business relationship follows a common corporate culture. As an employer, the company attaches great importance to job satisfaction and strong cooperation among its over 420 staff. The ANDREEW HOLDING therefore offers an attractive working environment with modern offices, numerous support programmes, team-building measures and incentive schemes.

Résumé: Vincent Andreew

CEO

Vincent Andreew began his career in the field of e-commerce in 2005. Mr Andreew recognised early on that smart digital infrastructure is the key to success and increasingly developed his company with this in mind.

He focused on lean corporate processes and short channels of communication in all his projects, enabling effectiveness and efficiency to be increased.

He has worked in a wide variety of industries besides e-commerce, including dialogue marketing and e-payment, and in 2010 founded Pfando’s Cash & Drive GmbH, a financial services company that has achieved great success to date. Since 2012, Mr Andreew has been active as an investor and project developer in the real estate market.

His work focuses chiefly on defining investment strategies and monitoring and further developing all the subsidiaries on an ongoing basis. He is an advocate for innovative ideas and technology led systems and supports them throughout the entire Group.

The satisfaction of his employees and managers as well as the longterm and sustainable growth of the companies are of primary importance here. In addition to his priority tasks, Mr Andreew is heavily involved with social organisations each year, supporting children’s charities, in particular, through financial donations or donations in kind.
