REALIUS Group Continues Expansion – Acquisition of Three Additional Properties in Prime Berlin Locations

Berlin, 25.03.2025 – The REALIUS Group, a subsidiary of Andreew Holding, has successfully acquired three additional properties in prime central Berlin locations for its long-term investment portfolio. The properties are located at Friedrichstraße 127, Krumme Straße 38, and Spessardstraße 9, in close proximity to the picturesque Rüdesheimer Platz.
The three properties offer high value potential and were acquired for approximately €2,300 per m² and 19 times the annual net cold rent. Despite the ongoing market correction, the REALIUS Group remains determined to expand its Berlin real estate portfolio and continue investing in attractive and valuable locations.
